This policy applies to the Tymcho app and its widgets.

It does not apply to third-party websites or services you open through the app, or to data processing by Apple and other platform services (which are governed by their own policies).

Your notes, attachments, and other user content stay on your device. We do not upload them to our servers. If you uninstall the app or delete local data, that content is removed with device storage; we cannot restore it remotely.

To improve stability and experience, the app connects to the internet and may send usage information, diagnostics, and anonymous identifiers that do not include note content to third-party services. We do not send note text, attachments, or clipboard content through this channel.

The current version does not require sign-in and does not provide cloud sync. If we enable accounts or cloud services in the future, we will update this policy first.

We use the usage and diagnostic information described above only to operate and improve Tymcho, fix issues, and meet legal obligations. We do not use your notes to train publicly available AI models.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising tracking.

We may disclose the usage and diagnostic information described above to third parties that provide analytics or diagnostics; when required by law; to protect the rights and safety of users, the public, or ourselves; or in connection with a business transfer.

You control local content. Usage and diagnostic data are retained by us and our service providers as needed for operations, then deleted or anonymized. This data may be processed outside your country or region.

We take reasonable measures to protect information transmitted over the network. Local content is protected by your device and system security settings. No electronic transmission or storage is completely secure; please keep your device safe.

Tymcho is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have done so in error, please contact us.

You can keep using core features on your device and manage related permissions in system settings. Uninstalling the app stops further processing and deletes local app data.

If applicable law gives you rights to access, correct, or delete information that we actually control, contact us at the email above. Note content exists only on your device and must be deleted locally by you.

We may update this policy and the “Last updated” date. For material changes, we will provide notice through the app, our website, or the App Store where reasonably practicable. Continued use of Tymcho means you accept the updated policy, except where the law provides otherwise.
